All
orders placed online will be processed immediately upon receipt
during our regular business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday
through Friday. Credit Cards will be charged at this time, NOT
during the online checkout process. E-mail confirmations will be
sent when an order is submitted and again when the order has been
shipped with a tracking number.
freight
Pro-Armor Solutions uses Federal Express for shipping. All shipping
charges will be charged to the Credit Card used to place the order.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Claims on
errors in shipments, lost or damaged items should be made in five
working days.
backorders
Orders
that contain items that are not in stock or custom orders will be
held until the complete order can be shipped at one time, unless
otherwise requested by the customer.
returns
We
cannot accept returns on products that are over 90 days from the
purchase date. Products returned are subject to a 20% restocking
charge. All returns must be received with a copy of order or
invoice and in its original packaging. Custom orders are
non-returnable.
warranties
Since
the types of application and weather conditions vary so widely,
Pro-Armor Solutions does not warranty the results of the merchandise
beyond the cost of replacement of stock or the warranty of the
manufacturer. Pro-Armor Solutions stands by the manufacturer
warranty; all outdoor durable products sold by Pro-Armor Solutions
are warranted for a minimum of 5 years.
